Auckland Fair
The Auckland Fair was a bi-annual market event designed to gather many of New Zealand’s finest independent arts and craft businesses under one roof. Specialising in curating an exclusive collection of handmade, bespoke pieces, The Auckland Fair is the largest event of its kind in New Zealand with a complementary offering for makers ‘The Workroom’ – a platform and community hub designed to help these creative business owners reach their full potential.
Rebecca facilitated creative strategic working sessions with the founder to identify and align short and long-term growth goals, product innovation and business diversification. Analysis and recommendations were presented to create efficient systems and business processes. Simple technology platforms were shared and focused on extracting meaningful gains out of a lean business model.
