IAG (was Lumley Insurance) is one of Australasia’s largest insurance providers. Rebecca successfully delivered a number of projects and change initiatives with a practical, level headed, transparent approach. She built successful relationships at all levels, including senior executives.

 One project that stood out for Rebecca during her time with Lumley was an Electronic Documents Project. A significant reduction in operating costs associated with legacy print and post processes was delivered. Sustainability expectations were also met through winding down redundant functionality and transitioning to an automated/electronic mailing process.
